📸 Welcome to The Pro Studio

A creative space located inside The Selfie Room in downtown St. Louis. This guide will help you make the most of your session while respecting the space and community.

⏳ Studio Hours + Timing

Your rental includes load-in, setup, teardown, and cleanup. A 15-minute grace period is allowed after your scheduled end time unless it affects the next booking. Time beyond the grace period will be billed in full hourly increments.

❌ Cancellation + Reschedule Policy

No refunds. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your booking will be credited for future use. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit any credit.

🔐 Privacy + Payment

All bookings are processed securely through FareHarbor. We do not store any card details. Your information is used solely to manage your reservation.

📏 Capacity + Group Size

The studio comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. Maximum allowed: 8 (including photographers, assistants, and clients). Please notify us in advance if your group exceeds 5 people.

🐾 Special Requests (Must Be Pre-Approved)

Written approval is required before bringing any of the following: Pets, Alcohol (champagne, beer, etc.), Paint, feathers, glitter, or confetti or anything difficult to clean. Note: Approval is not guaranteed.

🐕‍🦺 Accessibility & Service Animals

The Selfie Room strives to be accessible to all guests. Trained service animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed. Staff may ask if the animal is required for a disability and what task it performs. Animals must be housebroken, under control, and non-disruptive.

🧽 Clean-Up Expectations

Sweep floors and wipe surfaces after use. Cleaning supplies are located under the kitchen sink. Leave the studio as you found it. Do not use the oven under any circumstances.

💥 Damages + Fees

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage caused to The Selfie Room’s property. This includes, but is not limited to, lighting equipment, walls, props, inflatables, and future rental equipment such as ring lights.

Cleaning Fee: $99

Damage Fees: Start at $250, depending on severity

🚫 Prohibited in the Studio

No smoking, vaping, or drug use. No open flames or lit candles. No nails, pins, or tape on walls/backdrops. Do not hang anything from walls or ceiling without permission. Do not drag furniture, please lift and get help if needed. Violations may result in fines or immediate removal without refund.

⚠️ Safety + Liability

You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your group. The Selfie Room is not liable for personal injuries or lost items. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.

🧑‍🧒 Minors & Supervision Policy

Anyone 15 or under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains on-site at all times. Minors may not enter without a paying adult. The adult is fully responsible for the behavior and any damages caused by the minor.

🧺 Props + Shared Items

Use only the props and furniture provided in The Co.Studio. If you’ve also booked The Selfie Room, you may use those props as well. Music and conversation must be kept to reasonable volumes.

📸 Boudoir Photography

Boudoir sessions are welcome! All participants must be 18+. You are responsible for age verification. We will not monitor your session, but unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination without refund.

Staff may occasionally need access to tools or items during your session. Please let us know what type of shoot you’re planning so we can inform the team. Staff will always knock before entering to respect your privacy.

🛡️ Insurance Requirements (If Applicable)

You may be required to provide general liability insurance if booking as a: Corporation or Production company

🎥 Equipment Use

We provide equipment in good working order, but can’t guarantee fit for every purpose. Report any damaged or non-working items immediately. WiFi is available - password is posted in the studio!

Respect the time and the space as others may be scheduled before or after you.

There are no refunds. Please reach out with any questions before booking. Your reserved hours do not expire and may be used at a later time, with proper cancellation/rescheduling notice.
