Studio Credit FAQ

Q: What is a Studio Credit?
A Studio Credit is equal to one hour of studio rental time in the Pro Studio or The Selfie Room. When you purchase credits in advance, you lock in a discounted rate and receive a code to use when reserving your future session dates!

Q: How do I use my Studio Credits?
Each credit comes with a unique code. Just enter your code at checkout when reserving your session dates online, and the credit will apply toward your reservation.

Q: Do credits expire?
Studio Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend using them throughout the year to keep your workflow consistent!

Q: Can I transfer credits to someone else?
Credits are non-transferable and tied to the account that purchased them. If you’re looking to gift studio time, please reach out — we’re happy to send a Gift Certificate :)

Q: Can I mix and match credits with regular bookings?
Yes! You can combine credits and out-of-pocket bookings — just note that the discount only applies to the pre-paid credits, not to additional hours purchased separately.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Our standard cancellation policy applies. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your credit will be reactivated and available to use for a future session.

Q: How do I know how many credits I have left?
We’ll send you an email with your codes after purchase. We recommend keeping track of your usage, but if you need help, just shoot us a message, we’re happy to check your balance for you. Each code is only good for one use.

Q: What’s the benefit of buying in bulk?
Discounted pricing! The more credits you purchase at once, the more you save - up to $25 off per hour. It’s our way of supporting our regular creators and making professional studio access more affordable.
